 repair & replacement coverage

Repair & Replacement Coverage ® includes any  repairs of electrical faults as well as repairs and replacements of electrical appliances, subtracted from your annual coverage. No limit of incidents per year up to your Coverage Amount. If you need additional Repair & Replacement Coverage in any of your plan, every 1,00€ /month extra, grants you 100€ coverage per year.

How coverage Repair & Replacement coverage work?
Based on your service plan you have an amount of coverage budget per year. The coverage can be used for any electrical repairs or replacements including electrical appliances. Example1 : You have singed up for Office & Commercial Electric Repair Plan and your coverage is 1000 Euro for a year, there is a fault on your Fire Alarm System, cost to be repair is e.g. 500 Euro, we will repair your system with prioriy service. Your remaining coverage will be 500 Euro. Example 2 : You have singed up for Office & Commercial Electric Repair Plan and your coverage is  1000 Euro for a year. There are some light bulbs burned out, cost to replace them is e.g. 1000 Euro, you can decide to use an amount from your coverage and pay the rest , or you can use all your coverage amount .
air condition maintenance

In any of our plans that includes Maintenance service, you can have your air conditioning units inspected and maintain, by adding only 4,00€/month per unit. The service includes inspection and maintenance 2 times per year.

Electrical panels maintenance & tune up

If your Home, Office or Commercial space has more than the number of Electrical Panels included in our plans, you can have them inspected and maintained in good operation, by adding 2,99 €/month per panel.

How long am I covered by the plan?
Each plan is for one year and will automatically renew on an annual basis. Coverage starts from day 1 for the repair and maintenace plans.

How can a repair plan help me?
You depend on the complex essential systems in your home, and breakdowns can be stressful and expensive. A repair plan helps alleviate that stress. Help is just a phone call away. You'll also receive priority scheduling for your repair with no service visit charge.( only on service plans)
Can I cancel my plan if I'm not satisfied?
If you haven't received services under the plan, you may cancel the plan at any time without penalty. If you have received services under the plan and you cancel before the end of the 12 month term then you may owe the lesser of the amount due for the unexpired term or the cost of the services under the plan.
