Based on your service plan you have an amount of coverage budget per year. The coverage can be used for any electrical repairs or replacements including electrical appliances. Example1 : You have singed up for Residential Electric Repair Plan and your coverage is 500Euro for a year, your washing machine has breakdown and its warranty has passed, you have option to use the complete amount of your coverage or part of it to repair it or replace it. If repair or replacement is higher than the amount of coverage you pay the difference. Example 2 : You have singed up for Residential Electric Repair Plan and your coverage is 500Euro for a year. There is a failure of your electrical water heater and needs to be changed. Price for electrical water heater replacement is 120Euro, we will schedule a priority service visit and repair it for you. After the replacement your remaining coverage is 380 Euro.

If you haven't received services under the plan, you may cancel the plan at any time without penalty. If you have received services under the plan and you cancel before the end of the 12 month term then you may owe the lesser of the amount due for the unexpired term or the cost of the services under the plan.
